Dubai Islamic Bank Plot, 472 Abdul Haque Road Block G3

I would like to sincerely appreciate Mr. Sajjid, the bank manager at this Dubai Islamic Bank branch. He has been extremely helpful, caring, and supportive in handling all my banking requests. His professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set him apart. He is without a doubt the star of this branch, and his customer-first approach reflects very positively on Dubai Islamic Bank. Highly recommended.

Worst Branch of DIB, Very Bad Staff, always has excuses, If you go 20 or 30 minute before closing time they will make excuses system not working. In last one month 4 to 5 time they did not served and made lame excuses. State bank should take action against this Branch. We have to visit 8 Km away for every transactions just because of this branch staff.

Such a lazy and bad staff Long que, slow system and above all only one person to handle all the tasks incl. cheques, deposits, clearing, bills and fees.…!! And that man has only one statement to put..!! “The system is slow” This bank has lowest no. Of branches in lahore and still its system is always down.. esp. on this branch. Posting this review while waiting for my turn for last 1.5 hr… everybody is standing in que as there is no token machine in this branch..!!! Such a useless bank it is..!!

I have been using DIB bank since few years now and was very happy with their services. However recently I had a very unpleasant experience with them. I hope they will improve it as it was in the beginning when they started business in Pakistan.

Probably the worst bank branch in whole of Johar Town. Repeated off experiences with the staff especially. Atm always out of cash and staff doesn’t know a thing about tending to customers.
