I visited the branch to deposit a cheque to settle my loan and waited more than 3 hours. After that, my settlement request was cancelled after 10 days with no explanation. I contacted customer care and even escalated the issue, but no one could give me a clear reason. Instead of resolving the issue, my account was blocked and an AED 1,400 fine was applied immediately, even though the delay was not from my side. Extremely disappointing experience.
