This morning I visited the new SBI Tardeo branch to make a DD worth 9750/- payable at Nashik. The staff there was extremely misguiding, rude and uncooperative since I didn’t have an account in SBI and I was a HDFC bank customer. I went ahead speaking to the manager who was very nice and assured me yet the staff were unsure of his orders and continued the same behaviour with me. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable and unethical behaviour from SBI Tardeo branch staff. They were also arrogant towards other people at the bank asking for their help. I am a Doctor and am also in the service sector, so I definitely know wat is the right way to behave with your customers. Kindly look into it and take action against the same.
By and large I had good experience .The branch manager is very cooperative and supportive. But some staffs are very rude .They may not even attend to you even if you are waiting for hours patiently. They remain irritated and angry all the time.I wish to bring this to the Notice of Branch manager,who is personally very cordial and helpfu,l to take Notice of the behaviour of the staffs .
I called SBI for some important issue...on8th november 2019..No one was picking up the call for a long time.At my third call some lady picked up the call.She asked me to wait for some time.I was kept on hold for more than 20 minutes....with no response. Finally I had no alternative but to quit the call... Very disgusting experience.... I request branch manager to look into the matter and avoid such incidences.
Bank timings changed w.e.f. Nov.1,2019. New timings 9.00 am to 3.00pm. Cash deposit machine is often 'Out of Service', though 2 ATMs are usually working.
This is a new state bank of India branch (tardeo branch) this State bank of India branch providing a multi customer services like machine deposit ,cash deposit machine, cheque deposit machine, passbook printing machine and automatic trailer machine... Mostly daily customer services done by help of machine...and..dmat ... Internet banking types of problems also solving for home branch customers.
