Don't open account in dadar Naigaon branch because every time atm/passbook issue . Counters staff not responding to customer
Pease do away with the token system - because of which people spend up to 2 hours at your bank. Staff vile away time before calling next customer. No other bank have this type of system - So dismal to see customer just sitting in your bank doing nothing while the staff attend so few per hour, while other bank attend to five time more in the same period of time
The employees of this bank are very good in behaviour. They helping a lot to their customers....
