Worst people and also service is worst service manager and rahul sir is good please do not open any account here usase achha to side ka saraswat bank achha he
It is air conditioning bank with good staff and proper seating arrangements make it one of the most comfortable Bank I have visited in Mumbai.
Apart from Service Manager & General Manager Each and every one is a dumb person especially window no. 5 Employee don't know how to talk to a customer speaks rudely like a Chapri person, he need's to learn how to speak to a customer.
Staffs are egoistic and master in ignoring their customers & they work at a snail's pace... Whenever you come here one thing is common here i.e. long queue... One has to wait for atleast 1-2 hrs... Save your time go somewhere else
3rd class SBI, no direct contact no or email address. Call centre says to google. So am I mad in 1st place to call call centre for support. Pathetic SBI
