Very bad Experience. I have deposited a cheque on 7th April to credit into my saving account even aftetr the lapse of 15 days the amount has not been credited. No body is lifting the phone. No responce of my Email. Very poor service It seems the staff is overburdened whenever u visit u have to wait hours togrther. For pensioners very pathetic condition.
The worst bank branch in the whole India ??! I know it's SBI and can't expect anything from them. But the staff over here omg they feel they own the bank and everyone over here is a bank manager. Specially the women over here feels like they bribed and got recruited in SBI... THE BANK MANAGER DOESN'T HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER THE STAFF... Need some good staff and a better manager....DON'T OPEN ACCOUNT OVER HERE USE KOTAK 811 AND OPEN ZERO BALANCE ACCOUNT!
Very much bogus branch with unproductive and uncooperative staff who never pick the phone up. They act as if they on punishment posting.
What a time maintained sharp at 2:59 closes Irresponsible people's No one cares about customer's service Unprofessional staff are working Customer service means to help their customer to solve the problem not to give pressure, if illiterate people come what they do. For example: one person death we already inform to our most valuable bank (State bank of India) That we have to close the account we already submitted our each and every documents after one month we are receiving money from Central government 11000 pension money to the death person now we r asking to our proefessional bank staff that we have already closed the account how can we receive money . Responses coming from our staff that they misplaced our documents and the given letter . Write a new letters submit us we will do the neendfull. Great workwork done by staff's Yesterday they misplaced letters today they will misplace ?cash and tomorrow they will misplace bank .. . ... Thanking you your faithfully Francis. Unprofessionalism is practiced here, no one talks properly to their customers. Most of the time they say that lunch time is going on. Bank opens at 9:30 am but staff comes after 10, bank closes at 4 pm but this bank closes at 3 pm. Worst branch and worst staff ever!!
