I faced cyber crime with this bank. I faced UNCOUNTABLE problems with the bank and hate any interaction with them. Jeeya Rajpal, never on her desk like EVER, whenever asked, she’s at lunch. 11am. 12pm. 1pm. 2pm. 3pm. All the time. It’s colossal waste of time working with this bank. My family, quite unfortunately being senior citizens are fooled by their working lifestyle that I can’t change. However, if you want ever want to open a bank account, for the first, save yourself from the horror of going through what 8 went through and know that ITS AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME.

The bank atmosphere is good but the problem is that workers r not properly managing their services we have to wait 1 hour. Computer is not working 2hours.only security guard is taking innovative to getting right information to the customer.

The branch manager and staff were extremely helpful when i needed quick and effective resolution for an issue. Happy with the service, I have now shifted my account to this branch.

The slowest and most lazy bank is the sbi, people come to the bank with little time to spare and the branch takes their whole day, even to withdraw their own money, they have to wait for hours!!!!

Well managed. To many clients to cater results in some delays. But it is true with most banks.
