Not only me, many other people are also unsatisfied due to their misbehavior. They speak very harshly whenever we ask them to guide us. They do not provide us right guidance whenever we need it from their end. Manager was not helpful and ignored the problem. Staff was nice but my work was not done
What a bad management for any transaction staff are very incorporate no coordination customer are just sitting more than 2 hours and manager in never in his cabin .need to call 100 times to manage but no response.
Worst service bank staff is not coperative. Always landline full rung but no one picked.
Have an NRI account with SBI, had visited this bank when I was down in Mumbai, Ms Sumita P from the bank was very helpful and assistance from also Mr Gupta helped me resolve my matter??
