It doesn't deserve even half star actually. They made me wait more than half hour everytime. Even for minor issues like opening net banking, they made me visit twice and took an hour to give service. There are just 3 officers who always look frustrated n shouting on each other. There's just a single window for all customers n service is unbearably slow. Sometimes it's so pathetic that a client comes on the verge to explode. it's too unprofessional and do not match with the biggest public sector bank reputation.

Worst experience in this branch. Worst staff. Earlier the staff was better, a young lady used to handle an entire branch it supposed but she did it very well but now the staff is unbearable with no respect for customers and lack of professionalism.
Worst branch, their machines don't work, staff is extremely rude and pathetic. Please do not open account in this branch.
