They delay everything. Worst service ever. Currently, they do only paper work for KYC updates and do not provide proper support. The contact number given is not connected. The employee does not pick up the call, even if it is connected. Most people out there are not educated enough to solve problems quickly.

Worst services, no one is there to solve customer queries. Everytime they are giving new date with new excuses. No customer satisfaction Not even the branch manager is handling customer queries properly. All the employees and branch manager all are just useless. Very soon I am going to close my account and I am sure for that also they will take 1 month or more that to close my account.
