Basler Kantonalbank - Riehen-Dorf 15 Schmiedgasse Riehen

The Small Investor Had to block the card in spring last year because I lost my EC card. A few months later the blocked card was used one day and my account was debited cashless by CHF 1000 without entering my pin, how is this possible. The Basler Kantonalbank referred me to the external card company. I have the loss form and submitted the complaint and have not yet received an explanation. Despite outsourcing, the whole thing casts a bad light on BASLER KANTONALBANK. Regards DB

We wanted to open a youth account today. When we arrived, one of no fewer than 5 counters was occupied. The waiter then asked us if we had an appointment. We said no because this would not even have occurred to us for a 15-minute appointment. Then we asked for an appointment. The next one would only be available in 2 weeks. Having to make an appointment for something like this is overkill. Didn't even bother to ask for an appointment at another branch.

5 registers and one is served! And then there are PARTLY unfriendly staff! And if you're "lucky" then the person at the one open counter is busy with something on the PC so you can wait extra. Mostly really annoying when you have no other choice!
