This bank is a disaster!!!! Not only the customer service suburb but also online are completely useless. Also the new "great" app doesn't work at all and the helpdesk doesn't pick up the phone even after 60 minutes. I can't manage my money at all, but they can work with my money. What is that?????
Too long waiting time (approx. 15 min). 2 switches. At a counter, mobile banking (assuming) was explained to a customer in detail in front of me, 3 customers were already waiting, behind mr 6 more.
Preferably zero stars. One of the worst banks ever. Despite the monthly fees for the Visa card and the fact that the card can be used worldwide, I could not withdraw money from any ATM in Ukraine. The transfer to Ukraine did not arrive after 2 weeks either. There is also no call back. Disaster and online banking does not work with the new app. You're in a fix abroad.
The boy has no experience and can hardly make. The worst thing is that he doesn't give you any solutions. He does over and over again what didn't work before. An absolute waste of time
Orders are only processed after request an account transfer takes over 7 working days without information. Only after repeated demand will anything be done at all! Not recommendable!
