As a child, I got my first savings booklet from BEKB Thun in 1985 and renewed my mortgage with BEKB Thun again last week. Almost 40 years of loyalty to the bank, that says a lot. I am very satisfied with the constantly evolving BEKB products and the good support from my customer advisor (Oliver Graf).
I switched to BEKB because I wasn't satisfied with the service of the last bank. Unfortunately, the service provided by BEKB is also unsatisfactory. E-banking is very complicated and confusing. I think the bank would have a lot of potential to become more customer-friendly. Otherwise, the bank could become more customer-friendly. I am considering switching banks again.
Issues are never taken seriously or carried out properly. For small things you have to go to the bank 10 times because they are not capable. Difficult and not recommended.
No more counters to get cash frs or euros, and euros last June it was still possible only at the automaton
