I have been a customer of this bank for many years. But when I went to this bank today to delete my account, the employee was rude to me. I explained to him that I was dissatisfied and found the new bank better because the fees were lower, then the employee said I shouldn't mix apples with oranges. Totally unprofessional to talk to the customer in a bank like that. He then just lazily took my bank card and said he would make the transfer now. I no longer felt comfortable and welcome. I'm really happy now that I switched banks.

For 5 days these fellows have not been able to execute my payment orders even though there is enough money in my account. For 5 days I have always received the same answer from the BEKB: they will look into it. I will close my account tomorrow.

Unfortunately not customer oriented at all. These employees have forgotten where a bank's revenue comes from - from each individual customer; from us! Recommendation: never invest money there. It would be a pity to finance the salaries of the staff as well.
