Worst bank ever seen in my life. I want to update my contact number in bank. I visit this useless branch , and the security give customer service number and talking rudely, and when i call customer service. They are saying visit branch.
I walked in to the branch to get cash out from the money teller. The staff named Mohammed Al Ajlan (Ghurabi Branch) asked me the reason for my visit, I told him I need to withdraw cash SAR 2000 from the teller. He advised me to get it from the ATM, I told him I don't have the ATM card with me at the moment, as it is back home. He asked me to take a new ATM card and then withdraw. I asked him why I cant get it from the money teller upstairs, he said under 5k not allowed. I said, why should I go thru all the hassle just coz I need money from my own account which I can get easily from the teller. How ever, he was adamant on it and didn't let me proceed to the money teller. I just left. Will be closing my account and CC today. Very unhappy with the Staff.
One of the worst branch in the field of banking I experienced. Really bad systems. Network errors and not connecting. Too much delays. Worst slow processing. Staff not enough. Only one cashier. سبحان الله
Slow slow slow I loose Around 90 minutes
I didn't face any issue with Inma bank, Al hamdullillah
