Don't go to this branch Although it s not crowded the service is slow and bad I withdraw some money and he gave it to me in small bills and I asked for an envelope, he said better keep them without ?
I came in, took number and sat down for 30 mins nobody asked me what do I need! EVEN THOUGH I was 1 of 2 customers inside this branch. Unprofessional service and the funny part is I came here to avoid waiting time on my old banking. I guess they all the same reckless and unprofessional ppl
Service is very slow and only 02 counter for customers care. Account renew will done on 2nd visits. 1 customer take 1 hour for service. Recommend to not to come this branch. Try other branch.
Very lazy and don't know how to do their job. Renewal will take you 3 to 4th visit as they have alot of excuses. Very low on customer service
