Successfully did the transaction I went here for. But the guy seated in front of the manager's office does not seem to know the policy of updating iqama expiry date. He insisted I should update it online, I told him I tried and did not work. I explained it won't work if you're trying to update past the expiry date, seems he is not aware of this.
This branch gave me a very negative impression. This branch has two customer service representatives and one cashier window. ?I went to change my personal information from SAMBA to SNB. The customer service representatives were unhelpful and rude. ?Both Arabic and English are spoken and understood by the staff. Tokens must be collected at the entrance, and a security guard will assist customers in obtaining them. ?Before entering the premises of this branch, a facemask must be worn. During my visit, there was no temperature check at the entrance. ?In my opinion, visiting this branch was a waste of time.
