Very slow workers and not cooperative stuff. Bad customer service. Worse branch ever visited. People waiting for long time no response.
This branch has no proper management, worst customer service… specially to the WESAM customers as well. NCB head office management should really investigate this branch for productivity and lack of any customer care expertise. They do not care of anyone who enters their doors. And it feels like they don’t care even if you complain. So I urge anyone NOT to go to this branch!
If any award is given for the worst customer service, the award will definitely go to this branch.. Most of the time they system is down ...but it will be operating for VIP customers.. so strange excuses...The security guard is very arrogant and rude and does not even know how to treat human beings...I hope they will give proper training to their staffs and security guards before placing on the job.
Worst Customer Service I have encountered been coming back more than 4 times in 3 weeks and yet my issue still not resolved.
Unbearable waiting time, although very few clients. But the employee's are super friendly & cooperative
