Very poor customer service, Snail NB. Not at all trained.
Very unfortunate that Samba is merged with NCB...no proper customer care.... no match to SAMBA customer care support... representative in this branch does not move...whole system is slow. They dont care. Not sure if there is any Bank manager or Management is aware how they are working. I recommend SAMBA custommers to tranfer in Riyadh bank.
Very bad service! We've been waiting for how many hours! Poor customer service! One staff is drinking coffee and manipulating his phone while on duty then he's not entertaining customers. He just sat there! Long line, poor customer service, no line for females, u need to come back several times for ur card! Hello!!!! We have work also and not every time we can come at the office.
This bank should have been merged with samba and not the opposite. Employees not at their desks and poor service. Time close the account and more to SABB
Extremely bad service. Employees are poorly trained, don’t know their basic job functions and always have to contact the branch manager. The response is slow, and they clearly don’t care about the customers.
