I was surprised this branch was empty and they served me right away
Very poor customer service, out of 4 counters only 1 was working and in 30 mins only 2 persons were served. I went to open an account so its good i came to know the service level for Samba. The strange part is that all other employees were looking that there are 20+ clients standing and waiting but no one bothered to help. Very Bad

It took too long to get service by them, I notice just 2 employees are working there which is seem just not right for a company like SNB ALAhli
The branch is pretty big but there are no parking spots for customers. The parking spaces around the building are chained up for some reason and only 6 parking spaces are available in front of the building. Two of them are handicapped spots. And two of the remaining 4 spots have dusty cars that seem to be parked here for years.
