In my life I have never seen the most useless customer service I think it's better that the bank just keep the employees home and pay them salaries instead of letting them sit and ruin the perfect age of a reputable bank. if there was rating option of less than one star I would have given them on the contrary they don't even deserve one star.
Disgusting branch need to wait for more than one hour still no service.
First floor is the customer service floor from 3 days i get the same reply. Go to any branch they can link ur mobile number. Is this not a branch??? 1st counter at left system is not working from 3 days please sort it NCB.
Very good and fast service
This is one of the worst branch with the poorest customer service. The representative is not willing to work and listen to the customer at all.
