I had recently arrived in Warsaw, where I was starting a new job. My colleague and I where looking to open an account. Hubert was very kind and very helpful, and within an hour or so, we had an active account and a bank application up an running. 6-star service. Thank you!
Bank Polski does not only have a very good app for iPhone, it has also an excellent on side service. Thank you, Beata for your swift and excellent support in my banking matter.
I visited this bank to open an account in Poland, and Pani Beata Kucharska provided exceptionally kind and helpful service. As a foreigner, I greatly appreciated her assistance in handling the banking process smoothly. Among all the banks I have visited so far, this was the most welcoming experience.
I highly recommend this place and especially want to say big thanks to Marta! She helped me to open accounts and was super attentive to details and fast to react, such people are true treasure, I was really lucky to meet her!
Very comfortable, clean and quite office.
The team working there is both friendly and professional.
Huge thanks to Piotr R. (not sure if sharing a surname is OK here) who helped with business acoount, even after it took so much time for him. Really appreciate that!
I spent 1.5 hour to open an account at this branch on Last Friday, been told to be called in 1 day to sign the contract, was promised that should be no later than Monday. Today is Wednesday, noone had called me, no account number were given and hotline is not able to help because there is no account number. Its a complete waste of my time .
Update: After i wrote the review, today they rejected my application with no reason given. Its a rejection to opening a bank account, not even a loan or credit card. Reminding that i am living in Poland more than 10 years, have a above average income, permanent residency. Sometime the negative decision can be just because you are a foreigner, i would like to warn that be aware when you are applying.
Below response suggesting me to contact their hotline, it will be useless and they will provide no explanation and emphaty to your problem.
Today I came to the bank, I am a foreigner. The did’t open a bank account w/o residency permit.
Very bad experience Wednesday 10.01.24. The person did not speak English, which is OK, but we managed to understand what I needed. I needed an official bank statement, which is a printout of my accounts, but with the bank stamp, it is a paid service. I paid for it, and he said it will be delivered within 7 days to my address. The day before, in another branch, I got the same document on the spot. I questioned this, and the reply was that it was their policy. I don't think that the policy changed overnight but rather he just didn't want to deal with a non polish speaking person. I have always had good experiences in other branches and I am very disappointed with this experience.
Answer: Today, October 30, 2025, I arrived at 9:43 AM. There were no customers waiting, and I'm standing there like that idiot again, until the nice lady from yesterday finally took pity on me. As far as I know, there weren't any clients with appointments this morning, so what do you think? It might be worth putting general information on the door, for example, that we're making appointments. How is anyone supposed to know if you also offer walk-in access? Remove her. There won't be a problem. When we spoke with the woman who gave us the contract and generally helps us if we need anything, there was no problem with her, nor did she tell us to make an appointment (unfortunately, she's in Skierniewice). Probably because it took literally 5 minutes to submit the form!!! So, it's worth considering how you operate, since walk-in clients are a problem. Maybe just make appointments and do it that way to avoid delays.
The mortgage banking lady must be kidding. A man with a number taken from 1
The worst filia I ever used in many ways!!! Terrible customer service and the managment as well. A few clerk's but only one is taking care of customers. It's pub or coffee place not a work place.
