The Batangas- Main branch is very nice! The staff and employees in the branch are very helpful and accomodating to all bank related requests! Overall my experience here was good!

I’d reccomend this bank. The staff are friendly, and it took me half an hour to open a Sparks Saving account. The Bank Manager recognizes me because my dad was a member since 1988.

Service is very slow. It took almost 2hrs to open a new account with atm. Mind you we are first in line. we are there 9am sharp and wait for the opening time. We left the branch 10.30am.

Very poor customer service.... One transaction takes almost 2 hours... And there are many waiting in the line... The branch head is just sitting there at his chair knowing that there are many waiting customers...... Poor service

I'm rating this as the bank branch with the poorest costumer service being the slowest in prioritizing their customer in queue. super bagal at puro chismis pa alam gawin ng mga banking staff nila. zero rating.
