I went to the shop; the staff were very welcoming, helpful, and smiling. I left satisfied.
The staff are lovely, attentive, and very professional...well done, ladies!
Mr. Doré and Antony (the business advisor) are truly excellent. I received a very warm welcome from them, and even though I didn't have an appointment, they took the time to see me and answer my questions. In addition, there was also a lovely lady at reception who helped me with sending a package—she was very kind!

On June 16, I brought all the original documents back in person. I was told everything was in order. Two weeks later, still nothing.
Today, I am being asked to start all over again, as if I never existed.
Even worse: during my last visit, an employee yelled at me in front of other customers.
I had to explain to him that I suffer from severe anxiety and that this behavior triggered an attack. No one reacted or tried to calm the situation.
On the first day, I came with the person who was hosting me, who had the original documents and spoke French, also acting as an
It's been six months since I opened a savings account, and I still haven't received the card.
