The wait is long, especially before noon when it's very crowded. I understand because a lot of people use the service.

I found the staff extremely helpful and polite, not to mention patient. Customer service and better acceptance of my card online make this a great bank to deal with.

Staff is very helpful, no quene. And speaks some reasonable standard of banking English. Am able to process all my transactions.

The ATM is easy to find and works

Not satisfied with the service. Waited for 1.5hrs to be told to get to another queue or come another day. Under staffed.

The service was very slow and needs improvement. I visited around 10 AM and there were only two staff members serving customers. There was one staff member at a high counter, and a queue of over 20 people was waiting, but the service was still slow because they were busy selling products.

I haven't even finished depositing and withdrawing money yet. Is it okay for the branch manager to throw money at other customers to count? Doesn't the manager have any manners? Why the long face?

This bank will not rest if they don't make you wait at least an hour in the queue. Every time! There are 4 people working on the business counter, 3 of them is doing nothing, and only 1 of them is accepting "customers". The time stamp on the queue number you get is forward by 45 minutes so you can't complain that you waited long... You wait an hour, your queue time stamp will show you only waited 15 mins. THE WORST BANK IN THE HISTORY OF THE BANKS! Shame on you!

I simply don't understand, why would anyone in their right mind would put their money here. You wait at least 40 minutes on the queue for a 20 seconds transaction. There are total of 12 booths and only 4 of them work tops, this bank has 0 respect to their clients time. SHAME ON YOU KTB!
