This is a small branch with limited seats and 6 counters, but probably not all of them will be open at once.
Went there on a Monday morning at 9am. There were no customers yet so service was fast. Agents seem friendly and the guard is nice too.
Location is convenient, walkable from the Taman Jaya LRT station, just outside Amcorp mall. Environment is well-kept and clean.
Opening hours are 9am-4/4.30pm depending on the day.

I went here to settle off my debt. Super smooth transaction. Workers here are pleasant. This branch is not crowded with people. Everything finished within less than an hour. Awesome!
The Curry-pap stall in front of AmBank Old Klang Road is nice to eat. Reasonable price (RM3 for a L-size curry-pap filled with potatoes & egg), good taste and friendly seller. One of the best for my afternoon tea👌 Aunty sells Yao Char Guai too.
On 10 March 2023, I came here to open a saving account, overall the process is fast, no queue. However, the staff keep persuading me to take AmBank credit card to support her, and she mentioned that it is fine to just apply credit card without activate it. I politely turn her down for 3 to 4 times. End up she put up her dark face and changed her tone to unfriendly mode. So...I guess I deserved it? Cause I'm applying my rights to say no to the staff for a new Ambank credit card?
This star rating is specially dedicated to Ms. Amber of Hire Purchase department at this branch. She can't deliver her work, only good at instructed the junior to serve her own customer while she only aims to earn commission or close sales without doing her job. the security guards were slow to distribute numbered tickets, insisting that customers complete all information on the forms and meticulously checking their entries. However, other customers were allowed to fill out the forms slowly at the customer service counter.
This problem has persisted for years without improvement.
In general the whole ambank service sucks. Outlet the staff super slow taking their own sweet time and to make matters worse, those staff sitting behind the counters super unfriendly. As if we owe them millions of dollars. Ambank call centre supposedly the frontline and able to assist better but NO! They basically helpless. I dont understand why ambank stil have customer to support! A card replacement can take whole damn month and still not receiving!
