I visited the main branch in sharjah and i was deal with Samya, i gave her the cash for deposit as i told her the amount,, but at the end she gave me back 500 Dirhams as extra as i gave her by mistake , Thanks Samya for your Honesty.

Poor banking service. Only two persons on teller counter they deal very slow , 1 person 23 mins. waiting for mins more thn hour to get my turn. So waste of time.

We reported my wife cc with a fraud by someone last May booking a ticket with a local airline. Since May, waiting the bank with many forms filled and visits, complete ignorance. This is a joke and bad. Imagine your money in a bank isn’t secured!!!!!

Only the building looks amazing.....I had bad experiences with this bank they can't be by customer side they are not doing what they have to do.i tought my money is safe when I keep in my account but twice someone take my money with out having my personal details and the company is not helping me . My expectations is totaly down bad experiences ever in UAE.?????

I opened my digital account. Account opened already and they send cards. But ac is still not activated since 10 days. I dont know how much days they will take more.
