Ordered a credit card. Selected the option to pick the card up at the branch. So then the bank gave the card to a courier that does not answer their phone and is not delivering the card. RAKBANK customer service has been less than poor. I’d say, non-existent. When I do get a live human on the phone, they tell me to call the automated line, and select the option to talk to customer service. Complete run-around. I’m sure the staff mean well, they just are not equipped to deal with customers.

Worst customer service. No one will be there to receive the calls on the call center number, no one will reply your mails and you would be alone at live chat. Why do they even have it. And if you have a lucky day you can get someone to reply on live chat. He/she will have no knowledge about your query. And above all they will give you wrong solutions. Kudos to your customer service team

The service is excellent and the process is highly organized. I had something to resolve about my account and I liked that the branch manager came by himself and asked about the challenge and he took seriously to resolve it immediately

Best branch in UAE . No doubt . Especially the branch manager Mr . Khalaf . He always comes forward to help us . I am banking with rak bank since 10yrs and visiting this branch often to fulfill my company and personal bank needs . All the staffs are very helpful and very pleasant atmosphere.
