I was met with customer service attendant named Ihab Ahmed. He was very customer oriented and had a wonderful smiling face early morning at 8:10am. When handing me back my cards, he ensured to hand them back to me in my hand and not leave it on the counter top like all the other bank attendants. Stood up from his seat to take my signature and overall a lovely fellow. Emirates nbd should hire more people like him who are customer oriented and are doing their job well!!! Thank you Ihab for making the experience seamless!!

Worst Bank in UAE. The poorest customer service. The bank doesn't even care about their customers or their hassles. Anytime you call customer care you have to wait for 30 mins to get answered, and then even if you raise a complaint, there would be no response for weeks. Trust me it would be so much better and save so much of your time if you close your account with ENBD and open in some other bank. Worst Bank I ever banked with...

I visit Emirates NBD and there was a teller Rouda alaseeri is the best personal banker. She greets every employee that walks in and will do everything to help her customers have the best banking experience.

Avoid the bank altogether, not just the branch. Poorest customer service experience, you lodge a complaint multiple times and get no answer. Unreachable by online platforms, or phones, you need to dedicate a whole day to go down to their branch physically to resolve a tiny issue. Please pick any other bank. Cancelling my account with them this month.

Went there after bad experience with Dubai Islamic bank. Good service, the staff were nice and the process didn’t take long. Waiting didn’t take long either. Definitely recommend it better than Dubai Islamic bank service.
