One of the worst banking network to be there, I asked them to opened a corporate account for my newly startup and they made me feel like I have to go through hell for this, while government making things easier for us and making all process online (such SECP registration and trademark application) the banks going vice versa they are just the worst, for god sake if you cant make things easier for us don't make it harder for us by your insubordination. One of the worst ever experience, wasted a month of mine and they couldn't open a SECP and FBD certified company bank account just keep tossing me for days by saying we will come for a visit do this do that, utterly disappointed.

So embarrassing with the UBL support experience i am loyal customer of UBL since many years and now i am thing to move to another bank because they even not bothering to response on emails and taking actions for the problem solution. None of them taking the ownership. if someone contacting them on chat they should take the necessary action i am chasing them since last 24hours on chat and email but all are failed to resolve the issue. I am facing issue while making payment online from master debit card.

I did open Roshan digital account with UBL very good service and helpful team with the person Abdul basit Rehman he was my account soct out very great full Man he do everything and he is very professional man no problem at all my account is running now 🤲🤲🤲

Hy sir, iam in now UAE .3month before i visit your branch number for open new account.during documentation your one of staff was attended me and he did mistake in my mobile number.i have no access in online account and ATM card also.i visit again and then he told me your mobile number is wrong there and we will fixed it soon after i came back dubai .my family members many time visit there but every time they make new store .i have 1110000 in my account it's also stuck even i didn't sent money in my account case of no access to my family.my account number is 2plz solve my issue as soon possible.if anything required plz let me know. The bank is OK but the customer service is so so so bad no timely manner‘s even they don’t know anything anything you request they will tell you they forward to another department and when you call them to follow your request they just tell you we forward the details to concern department forward this one if you are only forwarding to other departments so better To make direct line for other departments not on the far deep persons who don’t know anything I’m really upset from this bank I am the customer for this bank from last 10 years before it was good but now the worst bank ever
